2. What we collect and why
a) Waitlist signups. When you request early access we collect your email address and your consent record (the box you tick, and when). We use this to email you about early access and the launch of Suwi. Lawful basis: your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
b) Piece requests (when the service is live). When you submit a piece for us to find, we collect what you provide: links, photographs, descriptions, sizes and your email address, so we can search for the item and send you results and availability alerts. Lawful basis: performance of a contract / steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
c) Technical data. Our website host collects basic technical logs (IP address, browser type) needed to serve and secure the site. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) in running a secure service.We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13, and Suwi is not directed at them.3.Who processes your data for us

When Suwi sends you links to buy pieces, some links are affiliate links (e.g. eBay Partner Network, AWIN). If you click one, the retailer or network may set cookies on their site and we may earn a commission on your purchase, at no extra cost to you. The networks process your data under their own privacy policies once you leave our emails or site. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Cookie Policy.5. How long we keep data
- Waitlist emails: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after launch communications end, whichever is sooner.
- Piece requests: [e.g. 12 months] after the request is fulfilled or closed.
- We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to processing; port it to another service; and withdraw consent at any time (this doesn't affect processing already carried out). Data is stored with the providers above, protected by encryption in transit, access controls and least-access principles. No internet service can be 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.8. Changes
We'll update this policy as Suwi develops (for example, when the full service launches) and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to waitlist subscribers by email.

These terms govern your use of the Suwi website and waitlist. When the full Suwi service launches, updated terms will apply and will be shared before or at the point you start using it.3 The service (pre-launch)
Suwi is preparing a fashion search service: you share a piece you want (link, photo or description) and we search retailers, resale platforms and marketplaces to tell you where it's available, including price comparisons, and alert you when unavailable pieces become available. Right now, the website offers a waitlist for early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular features.4. Your use of the site
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, submit unlawful content, or impersonate others. You must provide accurate information when signing up.5. Affiliate links
Emails and pages from Suwi may contain affiliate links (e.g. eBay Partner Network, AWIN). We may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. Purchases are made from the retailer, not from Suwi — the retailer's own terms, pricing, delivery and returns policies apply. We are not a party to your purchase and are not responsible for retailers' products, availability, pricing errors or service.6. No guarantees on finds and prices
When the service operates, we work hard to find pieces and accurate prices, but availability and prices change quickly and are controlled by third parties. Information we send is provided in good faith at the time of sending; we can't guarantee an item will still be available or at the stated price when you click through.7. Intellectual property
The Suwi name, logo, branding and site content belong to SUWI LTD. You may not use them without our permission. Content you submit (e.g. photos of pieces) remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the service (searching for and identifying the piece).8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, the site and waitlist are provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from third-party retailers, platforms or networks. Our total liability in connection with the pre-launch site is limited to £100.9. Privacy

We may update these terms; the date above will change and material updates will be flagged on the site or by email.11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Affiliate Disclosure

We earn money through affiliate commissions: when we send you a link to buy a piece and you purchase through it, the retailer or marketplace may pay us a small commission. You never pay more because of this. Prices are the same whether you use our link or go direct.We intend to participate in affiliate programmes, which may include the eBay Partner Network and networks such as AWIN, and may join others as Suwi grows.
Commissions never influence whether we show you a piece. Our job is to find the piece you asked for, wherever it is, including places that pay us nothing. Results and alerts are driven by your request and availability, not by commission rates.
Affiliate links may allow the network to set cookies on the retailer's site to attribute the sale (see our Cookie Policy).
Your purchase contract is with the retailer, not Suwi. Their pricing, delivery and returns apply.This disclosure exists because we believe being paid by commissions, not by you, should be stated plainly. If you have questions: [email protected].
